How many items can I order per month?
Our hours of operation for shipping are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, daily. Orders will be shipped within 3 business day after you order.
* Please refer to your order confirmation email for specific shipping details! Transit times will vary based upon a your city but the variation will not be more than 3 or 4 days.

We make every attempt to ensure products sold on thekaaz.com are in stock at all times. If an item is labeled temporarily out of stock, we expect to have the item back in stock in the near future. Please enter your email address to be notified of any stock updates.
You can also place order on ‘out of stock’ items for which you will please allow us the shipment time from UAE to Pakistan.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, send your item back within 20 days of receiving the product to the address which we will provide on email. No exchanges at this time! Include your order number on the outside of the package!
Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address from which your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-3 business days).
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address on your order which can take 5-6 days from receipt of the returned product. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Note: you may receive your refund online if we have your bank details.
